Xpress Training School-  One of the many key support features of Xpress Rent A Car Association. Xpress Rent A Car provides a two day training school approximately every six weeks. Most training seminars are held in Scottsdale, Arizona the location of our home office. The training school provides a step by step approach to rental operation. Included in the training school are the following topics:

The Rental Contract- understanding the contract, completing the contract, making extensions, overdue rentals and guidelines to follow.

Counter Procedures- Qualifying customers, military and foreign rentals, credit card procedures, reservations, additional driver procedures, cash rentals, and third party billings, setting your rates and selling additional products.

Insurance-  Obtaining a quote, determining your state minimums, understanding your monthly invoice, reporting claims and  adding/deleting vehicles on your insurance.

Customer Service-  Screening your customers, handling complaints, employees, breakdowns and emergency services.

Additional Topics- Advertising and marketing, financing, fleet maintenance, acquisition and disposal and insurance replacement business.

Upon joining the Xpress Rent A Car Association the school is free to members for training new employees or as a refresher course for existing owners and employees.
