Xpress Programs and Support Xpress Rent A Car is constantly working towards offering our members the most up-to-date and affordable programs available in the independent rental industry. The following is a list of programs currently available to Xpress Members. Insurance- Members of Xpress have availability to auto liability and physical damage insurance at group rates through a master policy issued to Xpress Rent A Car Association. The Xpress Association employs only A-rated carriers for members coverage. Thus ensuring our members the best coverage and the best rates. Xpress Rent A Car has access to Garage and General Liability insurance for your business coverage! SLI Insurance & Protection Plus Program- Additional protection for your renters with SLI insurance providing up to $1 million of liability protection. Protection Plus Program offers renters the Personal Accident Insurance and Personal Effects Coverage. Fleet Financing- Xpress currently has three main sources of fleet financing. The financing programs available range from 24-60 month terms , with a percentage rate of prime plus 2%. Each program is designed to fit the individual needs of the independent rental operator. 
Software Programs- Members of Xpress have access to a discounted rental software program. The program is designed with the smaller independent rental operator in mind. Information is provided for your review. The program is web based and requires no expensive software purchases. GPS - A mobile vehicle location provider. The unit locates and disables late return or missing vehicles. The GPS units are a great resource to your rental operation. Roadside Assistance Program- Xpress members are provided access to a 24/7 roadside assistance program. The program features towing up to 150 miles, 3 gallons of gas if vehicle runs out, unlocking vehicles, changing flat tires, emergency transportation up to 150 miles provided for renter, trip routing assistance, jump start dead batteries and no limit on claims. For a small fee vehicles can be placed on RSA program for twelve months of coverage. Reservation Systems- Increase your revenue through web reservations. Xpress Rent A Car Association also provides access to an 800 phone reservation line. Xpress Signage and Products- Xpress Rent A Car Association offers various different signage and products for members. Vehicle rental supplies and office supplies. Promotional items for marrketing and advertising.
